Police recovered the bodies of mother and son hanging from the same rope at Homna in Comilla. Two dead bodies were recovered from Fakir Para area of Ward No. 4 of Homna municipality yesterday morning. The deceased are Sajida Akhter (20), wife of Babu, son of Judge Mia of that area, and their 3-year-old son Md. Abdullah.
Saiful Islam, OC of Homna police station, said that the locals informed the police after seeing the two bodies hanging yesterday morning. The police went to the spot and recovered the two bodies from the rope and sent them to the Comilla Medical College Hospital morgue. The main cause of death will be known after receiving the post-mortem report.
